Ordering and shipping is easy at craftwood Australia. just send me through an email of your requirements (wish list) and ill be in touch ASAP to let you know whats in stock and what has the best quality to meet your needs. Stock is forever changing and different harvests yeild different qualities in each specie so ill always recommend the very best for each customers requirements.

 

 Here at Craftwood Australia we have been shipping internationally for nearly 20 years and as such have plenty of experience, nothing is to hard for us. we will always make sure you get the very best service and advice. All crates (orders) will require fumigation and some will need Phytosanitary certification as well depending on your countries customs requirements.

 

All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days after payment has been received unless pre-arranged. For shipments in Australia: orders under 20kg will be sent using Australia Post and orders over 20kg will be sent using a selcted courier service eg Toll Express.

 

All International orders will vary depending on size and weight of order. Generally we like to use local carriers as their depots are close by. If you have a preferred freight company or you are taking the responsibility of shipping we will work with any company put forward.
